Or you can be smart and engineer the lowest possible cost per maintenance windmills and have them completely government subsidized until the monetary cost of power is eliminated, yet reliant on a harmonious non toxic form of harvesting electricity. If people are willing to pay taxes we should be more than willing to pay for an advance toward energy independence. We've spent more than enough on petroleum.
