		<description>Sorry to hear that. With any new technology, we expect there to be some break-in time.  Leaks in the buoyancy tanks doesn&#039;t seem like such a big deal, but the loss of funding is what killed this project.  Sounds like an opportunity for someone else to buy those things cheap and see what can be done.  Unfortunately, everyone hit the same cash crunch together.</description>
