The recent explosion in green websites has prompted us to post this survey so we can get an idea of just how many sites are actually green. A few months ago we switched to Pair Networks because of their carbon-nuetral status. What makes a website green?
While there are many smaller hosts that are directly powered by alternative sources like solar and wind power, these companies often struggle to provide a consistent and reliable service. Pair solves this problem by using energy efficient technologies and promoting recycling and other green programs throughout their buildings.
