STATOIL is an OIL company spending a few pennies on new technology – potentially in the hope fo getting funding.
Unfortunately for Mr Galea and Statoil-Hydro, with the price of oil receding to normal levels, it is unlikely that the system will prove cost effective

This is a great step forward. I fully support technologies that optimize energy production geographically. I suspect that the high cost of this technology will be offset by its generous energy production in the not too distant future.
