But make it profitable enough so those maintenance men can make a good living. Sea duty of this nature is dangerous.  Big energy has many human rights violations, lets not repeat that. Make it bigger and make more money.</description>

		<description>The out put is way too small to make it economically feasible.  If they can&#039;t get it up to 100 MW per unit or more I don&#039;t think it will pan out.  The maintenance cost alone will kill it because of the harsh environment.</description>
