But make it profitable enough so those maintenance men can make a good living. Sea duty of this nature is dangerous. Big energy has many human rights violations, lets not repeat that. Make it bigger and make more money.

You have the point, Jim. But it needs to be done not for some economical reason. The ecology is a reason. If we will compare everything with money efficiency – we certainly will destroy our planet.

The out put is way too small to make it economically feasible. If they can’t get it up to 100 MW per unit or more I don’t think it will pan out. The maintenance cost alone will kill it because of the harsh environment.
