The only problem with the 'new' green energy industry is that corporate america is trying to tell us all that green energy is expensive, and that just isn't true. Secondly the idea of using plastics and composites for the construction of renewable 'green' sites in all aspects of green energy is hypocritical in that most composites are not green at all and require crude oil products to produce them. Think about it; your answers are in local control of energy production and usage, community made and community used.
