Thank goodness we finally have a guy in office who believes that our dependence on foreign oil has to stop, and wants us to be the leaders in alternative energy.

This is very good news. Regardless of how, once clean energy proves profitable, Americans will develop it faster and better. It's our way, if we can make a buck, we'll do it.

This is a great news and generates the sense of scale for renewable energy future ahead. Just to add a critical comment on the proposed investments mentioned here, I am also delighted to find 4.5 billion investment in green buildings which is my core discipline as well. But I am upset that our patenting and works towards renewable sector is not inclusive of Waste recycling and management. Few established and traditional technologies in waste recycle is not equipped to earn benefits for community at large. Adding further, the current scenario of innovating new technologies and investment as stated will further requires to develop industrial products such as Energy efficient Hybrid technologies, accessories and thus incurs environmental degradation and tremendous waste formation for which existing technologies are not sufficient. I think, the green entrepreneurs and community here, needs more comprehensive strategy and better assessment in promoting waste recycled technologies across board and unification and integration of recycled materials in the our development.
